We serve as eye-opener for ERCIHS students, encouraging them to step outside their comfort zones and embrace opportunities where they can showcase their unique talents. Our advocacy focuses on engaging students in extracurricular organizations, where their hidden potentials can be discovered, nurtured, and developed with care. We believe that every student has the ability to excel in different fields, and by joining clubs and organizations, they not only grow in skill and confidence but also build leadership, teamwork, and friendships that shape them beyond the classroom. Through this, we inspire students to soar higher, make meaningful contributions, and become well-rounded individuals who take pride in both their personal growth and the identity of ERCIHS.
